We began as a team of seasoned equity professionals - then called FatRabbit Services - who pooled our expertise in the field to develop a service solely to train professionals in the Equity Compensation field.

Our proven proficiency led to our developing a Consulting Division in 2004, yet we are dedicated and enthusiastic about training new and seasoned professionals in the field.
