Webcast -- No commute, no picking an outfit or dressing required, you don't even have to shave! Yet, you get access to, and interaction with, your instructor live, as though in a classroom. Just log-in from your home or office! Webcasts are live, set-time classroom-style courses. We create a live classroom environment through the telephone and computer. All class materials can be viewed either from your computer or printed. The instructor and student-participants phone a toll-free number at a set time, and class begins with taking roll. The course includes lectures, discussions, and live interaction with the instructor. Assignments are often given and followed up during the next class session. Instructor assistance is available outside the set classroom time through e-mail. An end-of-course exam gives immediate feedback on the participant's knowledge and retention.

Webinar -- Some people just function better late at night, some early in the morning. Webinars offer participants the ultimate in access to education and training. Take a course that meets your schedule and your best learning needs. No need to commute, dress, or shave. Just log-in from your home or office, whatever your schedule needs, these courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! The Webinar course presents the materials through an audio-visual format, offered in 30 to 60 minute classes. A series of Webinars is offered as an equity educational program. The classes include, when appropriate, instructor support through e-mail. An online exam is given at the end of a course to provide immediate feedback on each student's knowledge and retention.

Seminar -- Nothing better than having a real person in the room to answer your questions? You prefer the instructor at the head of the room explaining things. Seminars are typically a one-day series of classes. Our Seminars offer a traditional classroom approach to learning. This is the favorite teaching format among participants as it includes different forms of learning: audio, visual and kinetic. The face-to-face interaction between instructor and participants can also affect greater retention. A one-day Seminar usually includes four classes. Classroom approaches include PowerPoint presentations, traditional instruction, demonstrations of ideas and problem-solving, games and worksheets that engage student application of the materials learned, and an end-of-the-day quiz that helps students perceive their level of newly acquired knowledge. The approach to learning differs daily to provide the best learning environment for each student/participant. Enrollment also entitles participants to one-on-one assistance and coaching before and after the Seminar.

Boot Camp -- An intensive multi-day seminar. Location is determined on a class-by-class basis. Each day is packed with classroom instruction, discussions, games, one-on-one assistance, exams given at the end of each day and coaching before and after the Boot Camps. Each day during the seminar is different to provide the best learning environment. We offer the CEP Boot Camps twice a year. This customized, intensive program of equity education and training can be designed to meet the needs of any group of students.
