Senior Equity Plans Manager for Outsourcing Teams
FRS is seeking a person with superior knowledge of all aspects of the laws and regulations of Equity Compensation for a global company. This includes Equity Compensation securities laws, tax laws, the financial reporting requirements for equity and related accounts, and advanced knowledge of the new accounting regulations in order to properly manage and perform the basic and advanced responsibilities surrounding our company’s equity plans.
The person must have experience in each of these functions within Stock Plan Administration and Management. We will consider candidates who have knowledge but may not have full experience in all areas. We are open to training the right candidate.

Senior Equity Consultant
FRS is seeking a person with superior knowledge of all aspects of the laws and regulations of Equity Compensation for a global company. The Sr. Equity Consultant responsibilities include the full scope of Senior Equity Plans Manager tasks. Additional responsibilities may involve financial analysis and data forecasting for the equity compensation plans, outside reporting, 10-Q, 10-K, and Proxy Statement preparation, and a good working knowledge of mergers and acquisitions and the logistics related to the equity plans.
