Founded in 2000 by Marianne Brannock-Hill, CEP, CTP, FRS Equity Strategies is the full-service provider of choice for the full array of equity compensation services, from consulting and outsourcing to training. We take a team approach, applying just the right skills and expertise to deliver a solution tailored to meet your needs. This approach also adds an important level of internal accountability and auditing. Our goal is to provide services as seamlessly as though we were members of your equity compensation team.
Through our relationships with more than 125 satisfied clients, we have developed tools, templates and processes that allow us to work efficiently, effectively and reliably on a range of issues: stock plan administration, taxation, FAS123R, SEC disclosures, data conversions. Weekly internal training sessions keep our staff up-to-date on current rules and regulations.

At FRS, we strive to raise the standards for education and training among equity compensation professionals. Our training is grounded in real-world experience, up-to-date knowledge of all legal and technical issues, and familiarity with all of the leading software platforms used in equity compensation. Other firms imitate our training; we innovate.
We blend the academic with the practical. Our full-time staff of 14 works with a roster of consultants, all of them seasoned practitioners, as well as trained instructors to lead our classes. FRS Equity Strategies staff hold degrees and certificates in accounting, law and taxation, and have decades of experience in public and privately held companies.
