Timothy Wing Tax Advisor
Tim received his B.A. in American Studies [cum laude] in 1970 and then went on to receive a B.S. in Accounting [1981] and an M.S. in Taxation [1984] from the University of Cincinnati. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Taxation for several years in Cincinnati’s graduate tax program. He designed and taught a taxation elective within that program titled, “Tax and Investment Planning for the Highly Compensated/High Net Worth Individual.”
Tim is a frequent speaker on ESO related issues. He presented before the American Society of Appraisers and the Canada Institute of Certified Business Valuators, meeting in joint conference in Montreal, a paper entitled, “The Valuation of Transferable Stock Options of Public and Privately Held Companies” [1998]. His most recent speaking engagements were before the Ohio Society of CPAs where he spoke on ESO valuation issues for CPAs fulfilling their annual CPE requirements. He is a member of the Chicago Chapter of the NASPP.
