Sarah Roberts Manager of Consulting Services
Sarah Roberts has more than 10 years of experience in stock administration and equity management, and over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting. Prior to joining FRS Equity Strategies, she was Manager of Compliance and Financial Reporting at InterMune, Inc., where she was responsible for the company’s stock plans. She has been a stock consultant at Intel Corporation and stock administrator/ SEC analyst at Catalytica, Inc.
Some of the areas of equity management in which Ms. Roberts has specialized include FAS123R, stock administration, process problem-solving, individual taxation, and financial planning for highly compensated executives.
Ms. Roberts has also worked in corporate finance and accounting for Citibank and Genentech, among other firms. In addition, she has been a financial consultant for numerous start-up companies in the Bay Area.
Ms. Roberts holds an MBA in finance and accounting from the Anderson School at UCLA, and a BA from Mills College.
