Remie Solano, CTP CEP, Director of Operations
Remie Solano has been working for FRS Equity Strategies since 2001 as an Accountant, an Equity Consultant and a Business Manager. She is now the Director of Operations for the client base and performs in various capacities as Equity Analyst, FAS 123(R) auditor, and Director of Business Operations for the client base.
Remie Solano has over 7 years experience in accounting and finance and 3 years in equity compensation. Her accounting experience encompasses revenue accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, reconciling general ledger accounts, and auditing company’s processes. Her Equity Compensation experience has been in the capacity of Stock Plans Administrator and FAS 123(R) expert for small to mid-size public corporations managing the FAS preparation work for determining the Black-Scholes factors and assumptions, preparation and audit the quarter-end and year-end equity reports, reconciling equity data and financial reports, and prepare the historical and quarterly data capture for the tax benefit reconciliation and APIC Pool.
She has used the software application systems of E*trade’s Equity Edge and EASi’s EMS Program.
Remie Solano has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from San Jose State University.
